Loved the clean and comfortable room. The bed felt amazing after a long flight. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection, especially the Asian dishes and fresh croissants. The free airport shuttle made getting to the airport super easy. Staff offered to adjust our air conditioning to our liking, which showed great attentiveness. However, I faced a frustrating check-in process. The male staff member initially told me that my room wasn't ready and tried to charge me extra to check in earlier. I found the handling of that situation quite condescending. Other staff were nicer, but that initial interaction left a sour taste. Would definitely return for the quality of the room and convenience.
